“Highly Entertaining” TV’s mission is to produce multiplatform entertainment for the cable and satellite television markets that challenges people to move outside their comfort zone and consider new options for their own lives. The production team as led by Martin Waterman as presented by Percy Lipinski will open the viewer to unusual experiences through others seeking empowerment in a range of topics rarely explored in the popular media. The shows will all strive to have the following ingredients:

1. Empowerment – The ability to influence someone to take charge over a part of their life. We will show people being empowered so that the viewer can relate to the experiences and if so motivated – have the necessary information to follow the same paths. At the very least, from the comfort of their home they can go on the journey and come away with a feeling that they too can experience personal growth

2. Controversy – Society, religion, and cultures often run contrary and have the effect of expunging human nature to express sexuality, spirituality and other core aspects of humanity. We examine and debunk myths that tend to burden people and expose the motives behind those who seek to control.

3. Fun – We want all our programming to have a measure of fun and escapism. That is why we mix all our topics with travel. It is hard to broaden your horizons from home. The Zen saying that “On the other side of fear is liberation” applies as anything we do that is important in our lives was once something scary. However, once we do it, we feel vindicated and look back wondering what we were so afraid of. We want to show quests that are not common in our culture and use Travel as part of the vehicle for their journeys.

4. Obtainable results – the viewer can if they want take the same journeys and we show them and provide the resources if they wish to participate. We want to show that anyone can do it with great results - we are not climbing Everest but if the quests do seem like a mountain – we break it into baby steps for the viewer.
