Men cannot get a woman in their own country?

Men are looking to rob the cradle?
False: In the politically correct west, which prides itself on not being judgmental, there is an ignorance that in other cultures young women will marry men into their 80s and older.  No one says anything when Demi Moore at 42 is married to 27 year old or that Joan Collins is married to a man 32 years younger.  It is a double standard - a 2003 study by AARP demonstrated that 34% of all women over 40 were dating younger men and of those, 35% preferred it to dating older men.  When women do it - it is cute and they have a boy toy.  When men do it they are vilified.

Western men are buying love?
False:  There are women, regardless of culture that for them the measure of a man is his wallet.  The wants of women are universal - they want someone who will love them, respect them and care form them.  The men want someone who will reciprocate and appreciate them.

Men are looking for younger women II?
True and False:  Many middle aged men are looking to start a family and in the West the pickings are slim.  In western countries, many women are waiting until they have established careers and even then only want a man for basically a sperm donor.  That and with so many women deciding not to have children or to go it on their own leaves many men with no options.  If you are a 40 something or older man wanting to start a family, a 40 something woman gives you little or no hope - both for children and a traditional family structure.

The women are economic refugees wanting to immigrate to a better country. 
False, most women would prefer the man stay there where they can be close to their families.

Men are just going for sex. 
False.  Sex is readily available anywhere.  Men will invest substantial amounts of money and time to find and marry the woman of their dreams.  Many Asian and Latin American cultures value virginity and it is common that a relative may go along on dates as a chaperone.

Men want subservient women. 
False.  Men want simple reciprocity.   Many women also want subservient men.  This is a problem in any potential relationship.

Foreign brides are marrying for security. 
False.  All women and men like security.  Many foreign countries and thus the women have high academic standards and high levels of graduates.  Many of the women are highly educated professionals.  They are doing well and quite frankly men appreciate it and find it refreshing to marry someone who is not materialistic and measures life by the car you drive, and brand name clothes and watches.  They are practical - like our parents and grand parents were.

Foreign matches do not last. 
False.  In a scientific study done in the USA, published and funded by the Immigration and Naturalization service in 1999, by Dr. Robert Scholes reported that the divorce rates were "miniscule, 80% of these marriages survive over the years compared to less than 50% of marriages with American women.

Foreign wives are abused. 
False.   Some cases have been sensationalized and were used as a wedge to tighten up regulations in the USA on importing foreign wives by those with an agenda.   Again, importing a foreign wife has been wrongly characterized as verything from slavery and exploitation to sex trafficking.
